If you are looking for a level 70 Shadow Priest Build, you will
want to keep in mind that it is difficult to find specs that will work
while you are a level 70. Once you get to be a level 80, you will have a
much easier time finding the most efficient specs for raiding.
As a level 70, you will want to include is spirit tap and improved spirit tap in tier one because these two elements are very important to raiders. In tier two, make sure that you include shadow focus, but feel free to save some of your other points for later because many of the other talents will not help you at level 70. In tier three, the most important talent to take is mind flay, so fill up this talent immediately.
The rest of the talents in this tier are up to you. In tier four, shadow weaving is extremely important, so make sure you put some points into this. Tier five is a little more difficult to decide on, but vampiric embrace is a very good one because most spells need this in order to be cast. Everything in tier six is needed, so get as much of everything as possible. Shadow form is what you will need in tier seven because is allows you to inflict more damage.
In tier eight, misery helps many raids, so make sure to load up on this talent. Tier nine is very important for raiding and pain and suffering are very important things to grab in this tier. Vampiric touch can also come in handy here, so pick up that talent too. In tier ten, twisted faith is the only thing worth taking at this time. Tier eleven is full of things that you really do not need, so whether you use points here or not is your call.
